Simple but Beautiful

A simple pattern to follow (once I'd read the guide on how to read crochet patterns!) that grows really quickly and looks deceptively complex. Creates a beautiful fabric with warmth and drape. I love it!

Lovely pattern, beautiful result

This is my favourite shawl pattern because it suits me perfectly. I'm much more of a product crocheter than a process crocheter, but I really enjoy making this shawl. It's DK, so it works up quickly, and the repeats are interesting enough that I don't get bored, but simple enough that I can relax into it. The finished shawl is large, warm, cosy and beautiful. I'm currently making my third.

Cosy and classy

Beautiful pattern which is perfectly written and easy to follow and remember. For me it was the perfect holiday pattern to pick up and put down and the resulting shawl is a lovely cover up - simple but with lovely detail at the edge. I used a hemp yarn so it is more drapy and less warm than others I've seen but it really worked.

Perfect go-to shawl pattern

This pattern is not only well written, but also well designed. The shawl can be made in any weight yarn and is great for both spotlighting special yarns and for using up your stash. Within a month of buying the pattern, I had already made and gifted several of these shawls. It's my go-to pattern when I need a beautiful yet simple to make gift.
